The launch fee is not reimbursement for app-store registration. It covers the human work required to configure, review, submit, test, train, and release responsibly.

Billing model

Launch fee: 50% at contract and 50% when the apps are submitted or the configured tenant is ready for acceptance testing.

Annual subscription: billed annually in advance when production service launches.

Base support: business-hours email support with documented response targets in the agreement.

Timeline: store-account verification or app review can extend a standard 6–10 week launch.

The details before you decide.

What does the one-time launch fee pay for?

It pays for human implementation: brand and store assets, initial content, tenant and administrator setup, notification configuration, privacy disclosures, submission, review responses, testing, training, and launch accountability. It does not reimburse inexpensive store registration fees.

Who should own the Apple and Google publisher accounts?

For a standalone branded app, the recommended model is for the school to own its organization or publisher accounts and invite Auzi to manage technical submission and updates. The school completes required identity and legal verification.

Can we add a campus later?

Yes. An additional campus is $3,500 per year plus a $1,500 launch fee for separate branding, content, administrators, and school context under the same organization.

Why does Operations show a starting price?

Operational scope varies with workflows, integrations, roles, reporting, and campuses. Complex implementations commonly move into the $30,000–$40,000 annual range. Major custom development is not included at the starting price.

Is AI or SMS unlimited?

No. Annual pricing includes a defined standard AI allowance and normal push-notification volume. SMS, premium models, and high-volume AI use are priced before signing.

Is there a multi-year discount?

A 5–10% discount may be offered only for a firm term and price lock.
